Francesca Gino is an award-winning researcher and the Tandon Family Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School. Her consulting and speaking clients include Bacardi, Akamai, Disney, Goldman Sachs, Honeywell, Novartis, P&G, and the U.S. Air Force, Army, and Navy. She has been honored as one of the world’s Top 40 Business Professors under 40 by Poets & Quants and one of the world’s 50 most influential management thinkers by Thinkers 50. Her work has been featured on CNN and NPR, as well as in the Economist, Financial Times, New York Times, Newsweek, Scientific American, and Psychology Today.
Gary Pisano is the Harry Figgie Professor of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School and currently serves as Senior Associate Dean for Faculty Development. He joined the Harvard faculty in 1988 after completing his Ph.D. at the University of California, Berkeley. Over his three-decade career, he has explored fundamental questions about how organizations learn, innovate, and compete. This quest has lead him to research, teach, and consult on the management of innovation, strategy, enterprise growth, the commercialization of science, and international competitiveness. His work on these topics has spanned a broad range of industries including airlines, aerospace, automobiles, apparel, electronics, entertainment, financial services, health care, restaurants, semiconductors, software, specialty chemicals, and web services.
